Privacy at a glance
The Motor Log is designed to keep your vehicle information on your device. No account is required, there are no third-party ads, and you decide when to export or share your records.

Information You Enter
The Motor Log allows you to record information about your vehicles, including vehicle names, makes, models, years, mileage, maintenance schedules, service history, expenses, and notes.
You may also add receipt photographs and other maintenance-related details. This information is entered and managed by you for the purpose of maintaining your vehicle records.

How Your Information Is Stored
The Motor Log is designed to store your vehicle information locally on your device. Your maintenance records and receipt photographs are not automatically uploaded to servers operated by KehTai Systems.
The app does not require you to create an account or sign in to use its vehicle management features.

Notifications and Reminders
If you enable notifications, The Motor Log can schedule local reminders for upcoming vehicle maintenance.
These notifications are generated using your device's notification system. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

Receipt Photographs
You may choose photographs to attach to maintenance records. These images are used to help you organize and review service receipts.
Photographs selected for use in the app are stored with the app's local data. KehTai Systems does not receive these photographs through the app's normal operation.

Backup and Restore
The Motor Log provides a way to export and restore your vehicle records, including associated receipt information.
Backup files are created at your request and may contain personal or vehicle-related information. Exported backup files are not encrypted by The Motor Log. You are responsible for storing and sharing these files securely.
If you choose to save or share a backup through another application, cloud storage provider, or device service, that provider's privacy and security practices may apply.

Advertising and Tracking
The Motor Log does not contain third-party advertising and is not designed to track your activity across other companies' apps or websites.
The app does not require location tracking to maintain your vehicle service records.

Sharing Your Information
KehTai Systems does not sell your vehicle records, maintenance history, or receipt photographs.
You control whether to export, save, or share the information you record in The Motor Log.

Your Choices and Data Deletion
You can manage your vehicle records within the app, including editing and deleting supported records.
Removing the app may delete its locally stored data, subject to your device's backup and storage behavior. Files you previously exported or shared must be managed separately wherever you saved them.
Because the app does not maintain a KehTai Systems user account or hosted vehicle database, KehTai Systems generally cannot retrieve or remotely delete records stored on your device.

Children's Privacy
The Motor Log is a vehicle maintenance application intended for general use. It is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy
KehTai Systems may update this policy to reflect changes to The Motor Log, its features, or applicable requirements.
When changes are made, the effective date displayed on this page will be updated.
