Privacy within Mileage Ledger
Mileage Ledger is developed and published by KehTai Systems LLC. The app is designed to help users record, organize, and review mileage, trips, vehicles, expenses, and related information.

Location used for trip tracking
Mileage Ledger uses device location to support mileage and trip tracking features, including recording trip routes and calculating trip distance.
If automatic or background trip tracking is enabled, Mileage Ledger may access location while the app is in the background, when the app is closed, or when the app is not actively in use so that an active trip can continue to be recorded.
KehTai Systems LLC does not use location information for advertising.

Driving activity detection
Mileage Ledger may use Android activity-recognition information to help determine when driving activity may be occurring and to support automatic mileage-tracking functionality.

Information stored on your device
Mileage Ledger stores trip, mileage, vehicle, expense, and related application information on the user's device.
KehTai Systems LLC does not operate a KehTai-hosted account or database for storing Mileage Ledger user information.

Third-party mapping services
Mileage Ledger may connect to third-party mapping, map-tile, geocoding, or routing services when those features are used. Information necessary to perform those requests may be transmitted to the applicable service provider.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

KehTai Systems LLC does not use Mileage Ledger user information for advertising.
Information may be transmitted to third-party mapping, geocoding, routing, or map-tile services only when necessary to provide the feature being used.

Depending on the features used, Mileage Ledger may request access to:

Users can control these permissions through Android system settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related Mileage Ledger feature from functioning.
